|4 cups TFC Organic Chicken Bone Broth||2 eggs|
|2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese||2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped|
|pinch of nutmeg, freshly grated||pinch of sea salt|
In a small bowl, beat the eggs until just blended. Mix in the cheese, parsley, nutmeg, and salt.
In a large saucepan, bring the chicken bone broth to a boil. In a thin stream, slowly pour in the egg mixture, stirring constantly with a whisk; it will form tiny flakes in the broth. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, ladle into bowls, and serve.
