I use a proprietary formula including whole Organic Ginger, Organic Fresh Mint, Fresh Lemon and Celtic Sea Salt. These are gently infused into the broth and mixed with the coconut milk.
Flavor Profile: A lot of tasters say it reminds them of the Thai soup Thom Ka Kai. Being smooth and delicious, it does really well to add your own cayenne pepper making it a super digestion enhancer.

I LOVE this broth! I have also tried the other two flavors of chicken (AIP and regular) and will be a customer for life. I use this one as a soup base and add extra ginger and veggies…It is amazing. The fact that Flavor Chef uses guar-free coconut milk in this is a dream come true. This is exactly how I would home make this! Thank you for putting such a quality broth on the market!

Absolute favorite for flavor and satisfying/comfort food. (I take for granted that it is also healthy.) Only caution -- when I was on a liquid diet for a condition that included fever and nausea, I tried this (because ginger helps reduce nausea). Nausea got worse, I think because of the richness of the coconut. I just switched to the beef broth, and that sustained and comforted me though the duration. Now I can enjoy the coconut concoction again :). So very good!
