This Beef Broth needs to remain Frozen for up to 6-months or Refrigerated for 7-10 days.
Sourcing our Grass-Fed Beef Bones has taught us a few things. For one, large cattle do not yield a lot of bones byproduct, because so many cuts are sold bone-in. So we source in limited quantities from a couple of excellent ranches, which operate throughout California.
Your Beef Bone Broth may contain knuckles, femurs (marrow bones), pipes, scapula, hooves and neck bones. We add some Organic Red Wine to de-glaze the roasting pans.
